For ready-stock corporate gifts which require printing of corporate logo, the production lead time ranges between approx. 7-10 business days. For fully customised corporate gifts, the sample production and mass production lead time ranges between approx 10-15 and 30-45 business days respectively. Production time varies depending on product availability and receipt of artwork approval/payment. 

Depending on the item selected, typically 2-3 weeks upon both order and artwork approval. Some branded items will require longer delivery lead-time. We will also need to know the final delivery destinations (US, Europe, Asia Pacific, etc.) to better suggest the preferred delivery agent. e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS or Shunfeng, etc.

We understand that it’s important to see and evaluate a product before placing a bulk order. Depending on the product, samples may involve sourcing, printing, setup, tooling and production costs. As such, some sample requests are chargeable. 

For selected products, blank samples may be provided on a complimentary basis or subject to a nominal handling fee. Availability is dependent on stock and the nature of the enquiry. Delivery charges, where applicable, are borne by the customer.

Customised samples require artwork preparation, production setup and printing, making them significantly more costly than standard samples. These charges help cover the actual production cost of creating a one-off sample.

Fully customised products require product development work, including material sourcing, pattern adjustments, branding applications and sample production. As such, a sample development fee of S$500 applies for the initial prototype. 

For selected projects, sample charges may be credited towards your confirmed bulk order, subject to our prevailing sample policy and minimum order requirements. Our Curators will advise you if your project qualifies.

When a new mould, tooling, plate or production setup is required, these are actual costs incurred during production and therefore cannot be waived or credited.

The sample charge covers the initial prototype. If additional revisions or new prototypes are requested, they will be chargeable as each revision requires additional production work.

If you are unsure which sample option is most suitable, simply speak with our Curators and we’ll be happy to recommend the most cost-effective approach for your project.

One sample is provided based on the approved specifications. Any subsequent sample revisions or new samples requested due to changes in artwork, measurements, fabric, colour, trims, accessories or construction details will be charged at S$300 per sample.

Each revision requires additional sourcing, production time and labour. Charging for revision samples helps ensure a fair and efficient development process while keeping project costs transparent for all customers.
